What's life we care so much about?

Life is not about talking,
it's about listening.

Life is not about wanting,
it's about sharing.

Life is not about receiving,
it's about giving.

Life is not about hurting,
it's about loving.

Life is not about hating,
it's about forgiving.

Life is not about retreating,
it's about striving.

Life is not about winning,
it's about finishing.

Life is not about dreaming,
it's about fulfilling.

Life is not about grousing,
it's about living.

Lastly! Life is not about loving yourself,
it's about loving God and loving all others.

Vincent passed away this evening.. I found the above bookmarked in a prayer book placed next to his bed.

As I watched him leave us, I realised it's too late to be sorry for not trying harder to bond with him, too late to to be sorry for not having the patience to give him the attention he needed.. But I'm still sorry..

Tonight we will go to bed knowing we've lost another one of us. Some of us will cry, some of us will try to be strong to lend strength to those who need it more than we do. Whatever you personally choose to do, lets just pray for God and all those who has left us to guide him and keep him safe..
